I’m Anna, a blogger/marathoner/podcaster/amateur food photographer.
This blog has changed quite a bit over the years.
Let me explain…
I started this blog September 2014 to document my life in college, but it morphed more into a health/fitness blog when I went vegan in December 2014.
I moved to New York City after graduating university in 2015, and in 2017 I quit my job and backpacked around Southeast Asia for 8 months. I daily blogged everyday– you can read my travel diary here. In July 2018, I settled in Tokyo and lived there until December 2020. I am now living in London and continuing my blogging activities here.
I write a lot about veganism, running, and my personal experiences traveling and living in different countries.
I also host a podcast, No Bull (formerly called Running Vegan Radio), where I explore various topics related to veganism, fitness, food, travel, and sustainability.
I created it with the intention of it being an extension of this blog. You can check out No Bull on Apple Podcasts (or any other platform), where I publish new episodes every Friday. You can also listen to all the episodes on the blog.

When I’m not blogging, I like to watch TV (Curb Your Enthusiasm, The Office, and Breaking Bad are some of my go-tos), scope out the newest vegan restaurants, and read (mostly non-fiction).
