The list:
- Go hiking/trailing at least once a month
- Start swimming
- Do sea to summit
- Do Yama marathon
- Save money for travel
- Read at least 10 books
- Blog at least once a week
- Try skiing
- Buy a camera
- Go to Sogo Fitness/Namban more often
- Meditate 2 or 3 times a week
- PR at next marathon
- Get better at Keigo
- Get promoted
- Get to know more people at work
- Become more involved in vegan community in Japan
- Get a helmet
- Make my bed every morning
- Buy/consume more mindfully
