Welcome back to the dressing series! This is the second of 4 of my favorite dressing recipes I am sharing with you. You can see the recipe for the first one, a simple lemon tahini dressing, here.

THICK & CREAMY W/ A KICK (2 servings):
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp non-dairy yogurt (I used Kite Hill’s plain almond yogurt)
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 2 tsp water
- 1 tbsp (about 1 wedge) lemon juice
METHOD:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl
- Mix until well combined
